In 2024, we faced a challenging battle against fraudulent sellers from China who hijacked our
Amazon branded listing and sold counterfeit knockoffs of the HummViewer. This caused buyer confusion, disappointment and eroded trust in our small business. After 12 months of diligently reporting violations, Amazon
