Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or billing name.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, missing components, damaged or if you received the wrong item. This will enable us to evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ship you what is mutually determined at our expense.
Holiday returns: We will accept return requests 2 weeks after December 25th, until January 8th, (the following year). Items must be unused and in the same condition the item was received. The original order purchase date must be from Black Friday in late November through December 24th. Learn how to start a return below⬇️
Gift returns: If you received an item from our store as a gift and wish to return it - we will need the name and/or email address of the person who purchased the item. Once all return requirements are met, the item has been received at our warehouse (unused & in good condition) we will process a refund to the billing parties credit card. They will receive notifications of the return and refund from our store. Learn how to start a return below⬇️
*Express or Overnight Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If a customer pays for these expedited shipping methods, the carrier takes possession of the package within the time requested and the delivery arrives later than stated you can request a refund from the Carrier. Each Carrier's website offers detailed instructions on how to obtain a refund for shipping mishaps or late deliveries. To begin an inquiry with a Carrier you will need the item tracking number. ✳️Once a Carrier takes possession of a shipment (order) it becomes their responsibility to deliver by the method chosen to the shipping address entered during checkout. All orders are insured at a minimum of $100.
• Refusing delivery of an item ordered does not qualify as a return/refund request.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will need to provide us with your order number, billing name and reason for the return.
Once your return is acknowledged, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping fee of $5.00 and will be deducted from your total refund.

International customers will need to arrange and pay for shipping back to the US through the carrier of their choice. International shipping cost, taxes, customs and duties are paid by the customer when returning an item. Once we receive the item, in good, unused condition we will refund the cost of the item returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Posting or DM's via HummViewer's Social Media apps about order issues or return requests will not expedite your request to resolve an issue. We do not monitor social media comment threads or DM's to resolve customer order issues. Simply email us for the best possible outcome.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as Print on Demand Merchandise, special orders or personalized items).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be notified via email and automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
